WHAT IS A INDIVIDUALIZED NUTRITION PLAN?

What is a Individualized Nutrition Plan? It's the first step in achieving the physique that you've always wanted. If getting more energy, a more defined pysique and more confidence is your priority than a Individualized Nutrition Plan is for you!

First, a certified nutritionalist will take all your personal information (gender, weight, height, date of birth, age, body fat percentage, daily activity level, type of exercise and time spent doing it, and the thermic effect of digesting food) and calculate your present energy expenditure .

This allows us to create an individualized Nutrition BluePrint to help you achieve you fitness goal in a safe and healthy way.

STEP 2:

Next, your body fat is measured using the Jackon-Pollock Method, a seven site pinch test using calipers. This not only allows your certified nutritonalist to track your weight, but ratio of lean mass to fat mass. This is the most accurate way to track progress.

Nutrition Blueprint Your Nutritonal BluePrint will be emailed to you and will open in Microsoft Excel. Once opened, you will have access to all of your basic inforamtion as well as your interactive and user friendly Auto Diet page.

It will show you when to eat your meals and how much to eat.

Each Item on your interactive menu can be changed to another simply by clicking on it and selecting another food fromt he drop down menu that appears.

When you select another item, the program will automatically change the amount of the food you will eat. This will ensure that you consume the proper amount of Carbohydrates, Proteins and Fats at the proper times.
